A pinnacle expression of DJ Lag’s desire to create Gqom 2.0 through a creative meeting with Amapiano, “Lucifer” is the first single off DJ Lag’s debut full-length album, Meeting with the King, releasing worldwide on February 18th next year. October 22nd sees the release of an Amapiano Remix of the track, delivering a nearly eight-minute sonic salvo of epic proportions that is poised for an international club takeover in the coming months.
Rising global star Lady Du is one most in-demand Amapiano hitmakers and a solo artist in her own right. Her sonic fingerprints are audible on the Amapiano Remix of “Lucifer” – a track that makes a resounding case for South African electronic music as a global boundary breaker and true originator.
