In a stunning move on Monday, September 28, American music producer Swizz Beatz’s estranged wife Mashonda inked an open letter to R&B singer Alicia Keys requesting the diva to acknowledge her role in her alleged affair with her husband.
Last year Swizz Beatz who was married to R&B singer Mashonda for five years announced that they were getting divorced. The big rumor at that time was that the rapper and his wife broke up over a so called mistress who was later identify as Grammy Award winner Alicia Keys. For months both Keys and Beatz dismissed the rumor but to Mashonda it was clear that Keys stole her man.
Through a friend Mashonda found out comments that Keys had sent on the social network site Twitter Friday, September 25 at 9:30 p.m., saying that she was “having a heated debate n the studio. Question is…N love is it better to go 4 the choice that is “SMART” or the choice that has “SPARK”?? Mashonda felt the need to blast Keys for her hypocrisy and adulterous romance with her still married husband.
Speaking of her relationship with the producer, Mashonda explained why it is necessary for both women to have an open communication about the situation.
Hopefully only time will tell if both parties will be able to make amend peacefully and accept each other’s opinions for the sake of Swizz Beatz’s son.
