Say goodbye to the New Jersey Nets! At midnight, the franchise officially became the Brooklyn Nets and hopefully put the disastrous last few years behind it!
A radical change was needed and executives, including rapper Jay-Z, decided to take things in hand. A new arena, new colours and of course, a new logo! We already knew that the arena would be the stunning Barclays Center. Team colours and logos, however, were a closely guarded secret.
But it’s now official: the team will play in black and white, and new jerseys will be unveiled in September. Here are the New York franchise’s new logos…
