While he recently announced that his son had signed a $700,000 contract with Kidz Safe, a collection of children’s headphones, the rapper recently revealed to a newspaper that he would love to sign a pop star to his imprint.
50 told The Sun that he would like to sign Zain Malyk, a member of One Direction, to G Unit. The British singer turned rapper is said to be working with Naughty Boy on a solo project.
“If Zayn wants a rap career, just because of who he is, he is going to sell records,” told 50. “But if he wants to be credible he has to be with the right people. I’d happily sign him up to my label, mentor him and have him working with the biggest rappers on the planet.”
