Hip Hop giant Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson continues to build his acting resume. He’s just signed on to co-star in the upcoming movie “Odd Thomas,” based on the best-selling novel by American writer Dean Kootz.
Fifty will play a blind DJ who helps the protagonist expose a satanic cult. Filming of the supernatural thriller is set to begin in New Mexico soon.
Last year 50 Cent made headlines for his dramatic weight loss to star in “When Things Fall Apart.” He was recently spotted filming “Freelancers” and clinking glasses with Bruce Willis in “The Setup.” It appears Fifty has become very comfortable in Hollywood… but what about rap?
