50 Cent recently released information about “New Day,” the lead single from his upcoming album “Street King Immortal.” The song, which will feature Alicia Keys and Dr. Dre, will drop on July 24. Although the G-Unit frontman didn’t disclose the song’s name during an earlier interview, he did speak about his fifth studio album and his relationship with Interscope Records.
While promoting his SMS headphone line in the U.K., the New York rapper spoke to Digital Spy about the album saying “I’m excited about this project…It took a lot longer than it would have had to take as far as I’m concerned creatively. But the process of going through all this and being at the end of the actual contract…it’s a headache, but it worked itself out.”
