On April 23, Beyoncé will reveal Lemonade, a mysterious project which is set to premiere exclusively on HBO.
Beyoncé keeps on surprising the fans. While we were all waiting for an official album release date to drop, the diva made another special announcement this weekend. While she’s busy rehearsing for her Formation World Tour that kicks off in less than 10 days in Miami, Beyoncé and HBO shared an extended trailer for what they call “a world premiere event”.
The one-minute long video features dark and unsettling images of Beyoncé and other women such as her dancers and model Winnie Harlow. Queen Bee is seen in a parking lot wearing a fur, then in the backseat of a car, after that in a field and many other settings. In some of the sequences, fans will recognize outfits and places that were used in the “Formation” video. Is Lemonade a sequel to the controversial video ?
