The NFL season has started last weekend. Teams will be on the road for many weeks bringing with them all their staff. DJ’s are amongst those who take part to this long trip to fill players with music at every party they have. But DJ Jay Envy, the official Seattle Seahawks dj can’t do this in full effect because he feels bad at playing Future‘s music when Russell Wilson and Ciara are in the same room. Here is the dilemma he has to deal with for every party he hosts for the team.
In a recent interview, he confessed he is apprehensive of playing Future with Ciara and Russell Wilson around even though he got a lot of requests from the other players. Relationship between Russell Wilson’s fiancee and Future are still bad and Jay Envy doesn’t want to hurt the feelings of Ciara.
Jay Envy said: “This year, I’ve been getting a lot of requests for Future. But that dynamic is weird too, because I can barely play Future with Ciara running around and that’s her baby’s dad. It’s just that he has a dope-ass album out right now, players like to hear it, it definitely gets you pumped up — even though it’s low-tempo, it’s still stuff that you want to hear — and then you’ve got Ciara running up with little baby Future and she’s dating Russell so it’s like, “Oh f—.”.
We can understand Jay Envy doesn’t want to lose his job for a wrong choice in the playlist. Maybe he should play Ciara’s music instead…
