“I view myself as a purpose-driven artist and I believe that comprises self-awareness, truth, equanimity, vulnerability, etc. In order for me to achieve these components it is important for me to learn to wholeheartedly love and respect myself irrespective of my shortcomings. This makes it easier for me to communicate with my listeners through storytelling, melodic chanting, creative and visual expression, and general humanness. I like to think that I am aware of who I am and what I came to do”, said Nu Edison.
