A few days ago, Janet Jackson revealed she had to cancel her world tour because she had to undergo surgery. Now RadarOnline has discovered the reason behind it.
In an online post, the 49-years-old singer wrote “Hey you guys…Happy Holidays to each and every one of you! I need you to know, I learned today, from my doctors that I must have surgery soon“. She added “It breaks my heart to tell you that I am forced to postpone the Unbreakable Tour until the spring […] Please pray for me, my family and our entire company during this difficult time…There will be no further comment.”
According to a source who spoke with Radar Online, the singer has a growth in her throat that could be cancerous. “Doctors found a growth on Janet’s vocal cords that could be serious. It’s a medical condition that has to be taken care of immediately.” Janet Jackson’s Unbreakable World tour was supposed to kick off on January, 9 but if the tumor is serious it could signal the end of her career.
