iLoveMemphis‘ smash hit single and dance phenomenon “Hit The Quan” finally has an authentic music video.
Who would have thought “Hit The Quan”, a dance and a song inspired by Rich Homie Quan would be even more famous than the rapper himself ? Noone, until iLoveMemphis’ first single became one this summer’s biggest track alongside Silento’s “Watch Me (Whip / Nae Nae)”.
Moreover, iLoveMemphis’ music video really copies the high school gymnasium-set video by Silento. It’s all about dance crews, cheerleaders, children and older people replicating the infamous dance moves. It also incorporates videos sent in by viewers. The dance went viral a few weeks back and hit its popularity peak when Kendrick Lamar and Terry Crews performed it in the video for the rapper’s lastest single “These Walls”.
Silento’s video reached 400 million views on YouTube in only five months, let’s see if iLoveMemphis will do better.
