LIVE – The 2016 Billboard Music Awards 2016 took place yesterday night, May 22, in Las Vegas and many artists came along to grab their prizes and also perform for the audience.
The big winner of this edition, The Weeknd took home eight trophies followed closely by Adele who was rewarded with five prizes. During the ceremony, many stars gave incredible performances such as Rihanna, Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber who sent the crowd into a frenzy. It was also that night that Madonna was set to perform a tribute for the late singer Prince, but her rendition of two Prince’s classic tracks didn’t quite convince the crowd.
