On Saturday, March 5, Beyoncé made a surprise appearance at a benefit event for Blue Ivy’s elementary school in Los Angeles. The singer took the stage at her daughter school and performed in front of shocked parents !
Guess who has already won the title for mother of the year ? While she’s prepping to kick off her world tour “Formation Tour” next april, Beyoncé took time to make a good action and stunt on pupil’s parents while at it !
Indeed, the 34-year-old singer turned up to sing a few songs for her daughter’s Blue Ivy school fundraiser last Saturday. And no the show was not a watered down version of Queen Bey’s usual performances. She brought along a band, back-up dancers and was wearing a skintight, reflective tiger-print black-and-gold dress for the occasion.
According to attendees, Beyoncé performed several songs, including “Crazy in Love,” “Halo” and a cover of Whitney Houston’s “I Will Always Love You” for her set.
And to think that, a year ago, parent’s at Blue Ivy’s school were mad at Beyoncé and Jay Z…
