The hereby website “www.trace.tv” is the property of TRACE TV, a French legal entity with the capital of 1,000,000 € (one million euro) registered in Nanterre (France) under the Registration number 411 205 628 and located at 73, rue Henri Barbusse 92210 Clichy, France, Tel: 00 33 (0) 1 77 68 05 20.

The publication director of the website is Mr. Olivier Laouchez, Chairman and CEO of TRACE TV.

The hereby document sets out the Terms and Conditions for Trace (hereinafter referred to as the “PUBLISHER”) to provide its users with the WEBSITE www.trace.tv (hereinafter referred to as the “WEBSITE”). It defines both the services available on the WEBSITE and the way to access it and to use its services for the users.

Any connection to the WEBSITE is subject to compliance with the present legally binding agreement.

In accordance with Article 34 of the French law number 78-17 from the 6th of January 1978, related to the information technology, files and freedom, any user having transmitted directly or indirectly nominative information to the service may request the communication of the personal information concerning him from the administrator of the service, may request to correct or delete it.

The Applicable Law

As for the current WEBSITE, the WEBSITE and its Terms and Conditions of use are subject to the French laws, irrespective of the location of use of the WEBSITE. In case of potential disagreement, and pursuant to failure of all attempts to reach an amicable solution, the French court will be the only authority entitled to solve it.
