The hereby document sets out the Terms and Conditions for Trace (hereinafter referred to as the “PUBLISHER”) to provide its users with the WEBSITE www.trace.tv (hereinafter referred to as the “WEBSITE”). As for the current WEBSITE, the WEBSITE and its Terms and Conditions of use are subject to the French laws, irrespective of the location of use of the WEBSITE. In case of potential disagreement, and pursuant to failure of all attempts to reach an amicable solution, the French court will be the only authority entitled to solve it.
