Label mates Kendrick Lamar and SZA link up for “All The Stars”, set to appear on the soundtrack of Marvel’s highly anticipated movie Black Panther.
A few weeks ago, Kendrick Lamar hinted at his involvement with Marvel’s Black Panther in the official video for his latest single “LOVE.”
Now the news surrounding Black Panther keeps getting better and better as it has been confirmed that Ryan Coogler, the film director, personally selected Lamar to shape the soundtrack. Alongside Top Dawg Entertainment CEO Anthony Tiffith, he will curate and produce Black Panther : The Album. “Marvel Studios’ Black Panther is amazing, from its cast to its director. The magnitude of this film showcases a great marriage of art and culture. I’m truly honored to contribute my knowledge of producing sound and writing music alongside Ryan and Marvel’s vision.”, Kendrick stated.

The album will feature music from and inspired by the movie including “All the stars”, the first single by Kendrick featuring SZA produced by Soundwave.

Black Panther stars Chadwick Boseman, Lupita Nyong’o, Michael B. Jordan, Daniel Kaluuya, Forest Whitaker, and Angela Bassett. It hits theaters on February 16.
